PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The Planned Maintenance Program is a program that Central Aire offers to its customers in order to keep air conditioning and heating systems running smoothly and ensure that each system meets its maximum potential.  The program runs for a calendar year and provides a 25 point check up in the spring (cooling) and in the fall (heating). The program also allows the customer a 10% discount on any parts and labor that may be required throughout the year and with a planned maintenance program there are NEVER any OVERTIME charges; all calls day, night or weekend are billed at the regular hourly rate. Below you will find the 25 point check list. If you would like to purchase a Planned Maintenance Program or if you have any other questions, please contact Central Aire.
